*** Upgrading ***
1. BACKUP EVERYTHING (files and database, media files
(videos/thumbs) not required) *** IMPORTANT ***
2. Remove the /install
folder from your server (this folder should not exist, skip to step 3 or
4).
3. Copy the files from the upgrade archive to your server or copy the
files listed in the FILES.txt
text file from the main archive (*** DO NOT
copy/overwrite the config.php file ***).
4. Access
http://wwww.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade.php and select your version to
new version upgrade.
7. Click on the Upgrade button (if the button cannot
be clicked, some of the requirements are not met, please check the left
side of the upgrade screen).
8. Please follow the instructions after the
upgrade is done (if the upgrade fails, please contact us, provide the
BACKUP and we will fix).
9. After the upgrade is done, delete the /install
folder.
10. Done

*** Upgrading FROM RC3 to RC4 ***
1. BACKUP EVERYTHING
(files and database, media files (videos/thumbs) not required) ***
IMPORTANT ***
2. Remove the /install from your server (this folder should
not exist, skip to step 3 or 4).
3. Copy the files from the upgrade archive
to your server or copy the files listed in the FILES.txt
text file from the
main archive (DO NOT copy/overwrite the config.php file).
4. Access
http://wwww.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade.php and select the RC3 to RC4
upgrade.
7. Click on the Upgrade button (if the button cannot be clicked,
some of the requirements are not met, please check the left side of the
upgrade screen).
8. Please follow the instructions after the upgrade is
done (if the upgrade fails, please contact us, provide the BACKUP and we
will fix).
9. After the upgrade is done, delete the /install folder.
10. If
you are running Sphinx, please check SPHINX.txt and make sure you are using
the same configuration.
11. Done

*** Upgrading FROM RC2 to RC3 ***
1.
BACKUP EVERYTHING (files and database, media files (videos/thumbs) not
required) *** IMPORTANT ***
2. Remove the /install folder from your server
(this folder should not exist, skip to step 3).

3. If you only want the
files that changed copy the files in the FILES.txt text file to your
server. If you want to copy everything skip to step 5.
4. Copy the /install
folder to your server.

5. Upload the files in the files/ folder from the
archive except for config.php.
6. Access
http://www.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade.php and select the RC2 to RC3
upgrade.
7. Click on the Upgrade buttn (if the button cannot be clicked,
some of the required requirements are not met, please check the left side
of the upgrade screen).
8. Please follow the instructions on the screen
after the upgrade (if the upgrade fails, please contact us and provide the
backup and we will fix).
9. After the upgrade is done, you need to update
the Forum Configuration in Admin.
10. Done.

*** Upgrading FROM RC1 to RC2
***
1. BACKUP EVERYTHING (files and database, media files (videos/thumbs)
not required) *** IMPORTANT ***
2. Remove the /install folder from your
server (this folder should not exist, skip to step 3).

3. If you only want
the files that changed copy the files in the FILES.txt text file to your
server. If you want to copy everything skip to step 5.
4. Copy the /install
folder to your server.

5. Upload the files in the files/ folder from the
archive except for config.php.
6. Access
http://www.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade.php and select the RC1 to RC2
upgrade.
7. Click on the Upgrade buttn (if the button cannot be clicked,
some of the required requirements are not met, please check the left side
of the upgrade screen).
8. Please follow the instructions on the screen
after the upgrade (if the upgrade fails, please contact us and provide the
backup and we will fix).
9. After the upgrade is done, you need to update
the Forum Configuration in Admin.
10. Done.

*** Upgrading from BETA4 to
RC1 ***
1. BACKUP EVERYTHING (files and database, media files
(videos/thumbs) not required) *** IMPORTANT ***
2. Remove the /install
folders from your server (this folder should not exist, skip to step 3).

Upload the files in the files/ folder from the archive except for
config.php (or if you only want to uplod changed files see the FILES.txt
included in the archive).
4. Access
http://www.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade.php and select the BETA4 to RC1
upgrade.
5. Click on the Upgrade buttn (if the button cannot be clicked,
some of the required requirements are not met, please check the left side
of the upgrade screen).
6. Please follow the instructions on the screen
after the upgrade (if the upgrade fails, please contact us and provide the
backup and we will fix).
7. After the upgrade is done, you need to update
the Main Configuration and Video Configuration in admin (if debug is
enabled, some errors will appear until you update the configuration).
8.
Done.

*** Upgrading from BETA3 to BETA4 ***
1. BACKUP EVERYTHING (you also
need to back the /media/videos/tmb directory in this case, also dont forget
the database!!!) (*** IMPORTANT ***)
2. Remove the /install directory from
your server (this directory should not exist, skip to step 3).
3. Upload
the files in the files/ folder from the archive (or if you only want to
upload changed files see the FILES.txt included in the archive).
4. Access
http://www.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade.php and select the BETA3 to BETA4
upgrade.
5. Click on the Upgrade button (if the upgrade button cannot be
clicked, some of the required requirements are not met, please check the
left side of the upgrade screen).
6. Please follow the instructions on the
screen after the upgrade (if the upgrade fails, please contact us and
provide the backup and we will fix).
7. Done.

*** Upgrading from BETA1 to
BETA2 ***

Method 1:
1. BACKUP EVERYTHING (you can skip the media
directory, but make sure you update the database!!!).
2. Unpack the archive
and upload the contents of the files directory to your server, except the
config.php (overwrite if needed, dont overwrite the config.php file)!!!
3.
Access
http://www.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade-1.0beta1-to-1.0beta2.php
4. Make
sure all checks are passed (only required one, optional requirments can be
red, you can also skip display errors if its red).
5. Click the Upgrade
button.
6. Remove the install directory.

Method 2:
1. BACKUP EVERYTHING
(you can skip the media directory, but make sure you update the
database!!!).
2. Unpack the archive and upload the contents of the files
directory to your server.
3. Copy the config.php file from the backup to
your base directory (where the script is installed).
4. Access
http://www.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade-1.0beta1-to-1.0beta2.php
5. Make
sure all checks are passed (only required one, optional requirments can be
red, you can also skip display errors if its red).
6. Click the Upgrade
button.
7. Remove the install directory.

NOTE:
X=the version which you use
now
Y=the version that is currently being installed (upgrade process)

Upgrading from BETA2 to BETA3 ***

1. BACKUP EVERYTHING (you can skip the
media directory but make sure you update the database!!!)
(***IMPORTANT***)
2. Remove the /install directory from your server (this
directory should not exist, skip to step 3, if it exists delete it).
3.
Upload the files/install directory from the BETA3 archive to your
server.
4. Access
http://www.yourdomain.com/install/upgrade-1.0beta2-to-1.0beta3.php
5. Make
sure all checks are passed (only required one, optional requirements can be
red, you can also skip display errors if its red).
6. Click the Upgrade
button (if it doesnt work, email us and provide us with the backup).
7.
Remove the following directories: admin, config, cron, data, doc, editor,
libraries, modules, profiles, templates and the index.php file.
8. Upload
the above directories and files from the archive to your server.
9. Upload
the files/media/flags from the archive to your server.
10. Done.
