Obscene language is prohibited on all modules of the site . The rule also
applies to those cases where one or more letters in a word are replaced
with dots or other marks .
Banned flame on all modules of the site ,

it exists, or chat ) .
Forbidden to create forum topics with titles like:
" the question ...", " ... help ", " urgent ...
